The 28. IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS, formerly ETW) is a recognized forum for the presentation and discussion of trends, new results, and hot topics in the field of electronics-based circuit and system testing and will be held this year as a digital event in Venice from May 22-26, 2023. This annual event has experienced healthy growth and continuous quality improvement since it was first held in 1996.

This year, in addition to automatic test pattern generation, particular focus was placed on topics such as algorithms, reliability engineering, computer engineering, and fault coverage. Fault coverage studies included elements of real-time computing and Stuck-at-Fault. While Stuck-at-Fault was the focus of the event, insights were also provided into the studies on fault indicators and fault models. Here you can find more information about ETS.
